Payment of Dues 2014
Option 1: PAY USING YOUR COUPON BOOK Owner remits physical check directly to bank with a coupon enclosed. Every owner should receive a coupon in order to make their assessment payments when due. Coupons have specific information pertaining to the Association's bank account and your account with the Association. Please mail in your coupon along with a check made payable to your Association at the address on the coupon.
Option 2: AUTO-PAY WITH ASSOCIATION'S BANK Owner completed and returned an automatic withdrawal form to the Association's bank for maintenance fee remittance. If you have previously signed up for automatic deduction through the Association's bank you will receive a letter from the bank advising you of your maintenance fee obligation. This automatic payment option is provided at no charge by the Association's bank.
Option 3: BILL PAY SERVICE Owner utilizes on line bill pay through their personal bank's website. If you utilize a bill payment system through your bank you may need to update the remittance amount to cover the new fee amount. This information can be obtained from your coupon book. Payments should always be made payable to your Association and include your bill pay number, as well as the address, to your Association's bank.
